Add members to your workspace to allow them to view or edit the fleet of assets in that workspace.

Accessing workspace settings

To see the options for managing your workspace,

• Go to "Settings" in the left sidebar.
• In the window, click on the "Members" tab.

Add a member

• Click on Add a user at the top right of the table.
• In the window that opens, search by email or by name and select the members to be added.
• When you are finished, click on Add.
• Members will receive an email with a link to log in and join your workspace.

Role: Admin, Viewer

There are 2 types of roles for members of a Hiboo workspace.

• In the column Role in Workspace, click on the drop-down menu and Select an administrator or viewer role.
  • Admin: Can edit assets, zones, export data and manage members
  • Viewer: Can view the workspace and export data.
