• The export procedure by email allows you to download all the data you want without constraints.
• Filter the table at your convenience to export only the data you are interested in.

• In the .xlsx file you will find the columns selected before your export and a column Workspaces which allows you to know to which workspace(s) your assets belong to.

Export Asset Usage report

In the same way it is possible to export data from your reports.

1. Click Filter to display the assets that match your search criteria.
2. Click on Export. A small window explains how the export works. Click on Continue.
3. Choose an export by clicking on one of the options:

   • Cumulative data: Sum of the data over the period,

   • Data day / day: One data per day over the whole period.
