Error message when connecting to a data source
My credentials do not work, what should I do ?
- First, make sure that you are using the right credentials for the right source. Be aware that each brand may have different sources, and the login information vary from one source to another.
- If your credentials still do not work, contact your reseller and ask them to confirm the validity of the API credentials. To find out which information to request, click on a source in the catalog. (cf: image)
The information requested may vary depending on the source. One source will ask you for the
client id while another will ask for the username.

My reseller confirms that my credentials are valid but the integration continues to fail.
Contact Hiboo's support with the credentials you use and the data source you want to integrate.
The integration succeeded but I am missing some points of data, why ?
It is likely that your subscription doesn't include all points of data. For example, some brands do not have cycle time or fault codes in the basic data package. Check with your reseller to know what types of data are included in your subscription.
