The creation of workspaces is an important element in the shaping of your organization. It is even essential if you want to adapt the Hiboo platform to your internal organization.

A workspace, allows you to associate your collaborators to a dedicated environment containing their area of responsibility or collaboration.

Steps to create a new workspace

  1. Two ways to initiate workspace creation

  1. Shape your Workspace

    1. Name it as intelligible as possible.

      → remember this name will stand for a group of people and its equipment.

    2. Click on Select equipment to assign them to your workspace.

      → You will be able to complete the selection of your equipment later using the dispatcher feature.

    3. Assign the people involved in the use of the assigned equipment. 👩‍💻👨‍💻

      ⚠️  Make sure people have been invited to your platform

      1. Check the **members list**
      2. If you don't find the member, invite them.
    4. Click on Create whenever you are ready to publish your new workspace !

    1. Manage your Workspaces from the Administration page.
      • Create a workspace
      • Delete/Rename a workspace
      • Have a look at the number of users and equipment involved in each workspace
