Update its inventory thanks to mass data import via Excel.

1. Create the import file :

In order to perform a data import on Hiboo app, we recommend using the file created by Hiboo when you export data from the app.

• Export your inventory from the Inventory tab.

  Make sure to select the columns you want to see in the export.

• Open the Excel file and change only the fields Names, Model, Categories, Company and Workspaces - any other changes will not be taken into account in the import.

  

  Do not modify the fields id and Serial No..

2. Import the file into Hiboo app

👉 Inventory > Import

• Go to Inventory then click Mass update.

• Select your file
• Click on Import.

Fill in or modify the categories & workspace of your materials

⚠️ Categories and/or Workspaces import can only be done if the categories and/or Workspace are filled on Hiboo to avoid duplicates. It is imperative to write it as it exists in the list.

To see the list of categories :

• Click on administration
• Select the Lists tab
