Hiboo is building the operating system for heavy equipment fleets. Construction runs on machines — but the data those machines generate is scattered across dozens of OEMs, siloed in incompatible systems, and mostly ignored. We're changing that. Hiboo connects to equipment manufacturers' telematics APIs to give fleet operators a single, intelligent view of their entire fleet — owned and rented, regardless of brand. But we're not building another dashboard. We're building the first fleet platform where data drives action: predictive maintenance, utilisation optimisation, client transparency portals, and AI-powered agents that trigger workflows and surface insights before anyone has to ask. We're a team of ~50, backed by leading investors, and at a pivotal moment: product-market fit is proven, our UK expansion is underway, and we're scaling fast across Europe's largest construction markets.

Our headquarters are in Paris (12th) and we are a remote-friendly team spread across France (Alps 🏔, Réunion Island 🏝, Bordeaux 🍇, Marseille 🌞). We're now expanding into the UK as we grow our presence in the British construction and plant hire market.
