Something isn’t adding up? 🧐

In fleet data report table, some 0’s value might surprise you.

Matter of fact, "0" can be used in the following cases:

we punctually have not received any data
we do not receive that type of data for some assets
we have received some strange data. Example: an asset has more than 24 hours of idle or usage for a day, negative kilometric value... In these very rare cases, you will see a “0” instead.

We are very aware that this is not ideal and rest assure that we are working towards more transparency in order to give you clear contextual elements for each case in the future.
