The charter below details the policy of Hiboo Systems SAS, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 54,265.40 euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 828 542 803 and whose registered office is located at 17 rue Boulard, 75014 Paris ("Hiboo") with respect to personal data on the website www.hiboo.io (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

For the purposes of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, the term “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, whether directly or indirectly (e.g., first and last name, date of birth, etc.) (“Personal Data”). The data controller is Hiboo.

This Policy applies to all Personal Data provided by users of www.hiboo.io to Hiboo.

Hiboo may collect Personal Data when you sign up for our newsletter, create an online account or subscribe to any Hiboo services on the Site.
