Introduction

Keeping your inventory up to date is no easy task. This report helps you accomplish this task easily (History of new equipment, List of equipment without name, category, Equipment not assigned to Workspaces…). It’s represented as an interactive dashboard that represents the big picture of your equipment setup, relying on the two variables of Workspace and Organization.

With this dashboard the admins have the upper hand by : systematically check the distribution of the teams, access to the equipment, list the equipment that need to be set up

Understand the fleet usage report

Setup information

Workspace’s equipment : this number frame displays the total equipment count in your workspace.

Non setup equipment : this number frame displays the total count of the equipment that is not set up.

Distribution information

Non-distributed equipment : this number frame displays the total equipment set count that is only available in the root workspace.

List of non-distributed equipment : this table displays in one by one view the total equipment set count that is only available in the root workspace.
