Export your inventory from the Inventory tab.
Make sure to select the columns you want to see in the export.
Open the Excel file. For the import, only the fields Names, Model, Categories, Company, Energy Type and Workspaces can be changed.
The fields Categories, Company, Energy Type and Workspaces are fields with a finite list of options. So, in order for the information to be taken into account, it must be one of the ones you can find in Hiboo.
Where do you find those values ?

For Categories : > Administration > Lists > Asset Categories

For Company : Look at the list proposed in any report offering to filter by Enterprise (the most complete list is in the root workspace with the most machines)

For Energy Type : You must indicate the code and not the name which is displayed in Hiboo. The equivalence code <> name is :
