🏰 Organisation VS Workspace

To meet the needs of complex organisations, and large companies - Hiboo allows you to create multiple Workspaces connected to the same Organisation (Org).

What is an organisation (org)?

Org is the set of workspaces. It is an administration unit that allows you to manage multiple workspaces.

Org administrators can manage the settings and preferences of all workspaces and org members.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is a singular environment composed of assets, users, and zones in which one can collaborate. To join a Hiboo workspace, you must be a member of the organisation.

Members of a workspace do not have access to other workspaces unless they are invited to do so, or unless those workspace have a parent-child relationship with the workspace they belong to (see Your workspaces for more details).
