Go to organization's Administration at the bottom of your side nav.
Select Members tab.
Click Invite a new member and:
- Type his email address.
- Select the workspaces you want him to access.
- Select whether to add him as a viewer or an admin of the selected workspaces.
- By default, a member won’t be admin of your Hiboo organisation.
When you are finished, click on Send Invitation.
The member will receive an email with a link to create an account and join the defined workspace(s).

Change member organisation access level

Once you've added a member, you can always change its level of access later.

Go to organisation's Administration at the bottom of your side nav.
Select Members tab.
Click the menu to the top right of a guest's name. Choose which level of access you want to grant that member from the following options:
- Admin: Can change the org settings and invite new members.
- None: Cannot change org settings or invite new members.

Edit member workspaces access

From the Administration view

Go to organisation's Administration at the bottom of your side nav.
Select Members tab.
In the workspace access column, click on the drop-down menu to perform one of the following actions :
- Add a new workspace
- Modify its role : workspace admin or workspace reader
- Remove the member: from a workspace

<aside> ℹ️ The rights on a workspace are inherited to all its child-workspaces. If you give an user access to a workspace, he will also have access to all its children.

Delete a member

<aside> 👉 These settings are only visible if you are a workspace administrator. They are not available on mobile.

Go to Administration, click on the Members tab.
Click on the 3 dots on the right side of the table and then Delete user.
This person will instantly lose access to Hiboo app.
