🔢 Your inventory

<aside> 👋 The inventory is where you'll go for an at-a-glance view of your data.  Details are displayed in a table with customizable columns so that you can sort, filter, and take various actions on your equipment.

Inventory display

See at a glance the total number of items in a table, for example here the total number of devices in your inventory.

Increase the number of lines of your tables and view up to 100 lines on the same page.

Sort your table

Select the columns that matter to you

Refine the search according to specific criteria using filters

It is possible to define one or more filters depending on the expected accuracy.

Filter your tables by :

Export or Import inventory data

<aside> 💡 The export is done in .xlsx format.

The export procedure by email allows you to download all the data you want without constraints.

Filter the table at your convenience to export only the data you are interested in.

In the .xlsx file you will find the columns you selected before exporting the file and the column Workspaces which allows you to know to which workspace(s) your assets belong to.

Access the asset profile or associated zone

Access the asset profile or the associated zone if it exists:

  1. The “Open” button allows you to view the hardware profile.

  2. The location icon indicates that the item in question belongs to a known area.

  3. The “Zone” button allows you to see the zone in which the element is located

Dispatch and Mass update

The Dispatch tab is used for allocating equipment in workspace, to allow its users to have access to the collected data of the latter.

This tab allows you to keep your inventory up-to-date through an interactive dashboard that provides an overview of equipment requiring configuration and new equipment. You can easily see equipment without a fleet number, without a category, without a company, without a year, and equipment not assigned to Workspaces. Learn more
